Cancellation, Returns & Refund policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
• Returns only due to faulty products.
• No returns on Gift card.
• Monogrammed and customised items cannot be returned.
SECTION 2 - FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event your product has a fault please contact us **immediately, or within 2 months of your purchase** so we can arrange a repair locally, or should the fault be unfixable - a return and exchange.
Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.
If a fault is deemed minor, we will attempt to have the item repaired locally (for a reasonable cost), or ask you to return the item for repair. We have a three-week turnaround time for repairs.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@thegratefulgiftco.com.au as soon as possible.
Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of The Grateful Gift Co.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Grateful Gift Co if a gift has not been delivered. If a gift has not been delivered, we will look into this immediately and get the gift to its correct destination as soon as possible.
The Grateful Gift Co will not provide a refund for deliveries that are late due to the issue being out of our control.
The Grateful Gift Co will take no responsibility if the goods are damaged in transit, this being due to the great care taken when packaging goods to ensure its safe delivery.
