Can I include a personalized note?
Absolutely, all gifts can be personalized by either adding a gift card at the checkout or leaving a message in the comments section at the checkout. We will be handwriting on the card we provide.
When and how will my gift box be delivered?
STEP 1 As soon as your order is submitted, a little “ping” goes off on our phones. STEP 2 we will be assembling your package, wrapping it with love, and carefully handwriting your personalized message onto your recipient’s card. Then printing the shipping label by us to get ready for delivery. STEP 3 Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day. Or will shipping on the date you comment at checkout page, which can order up to 2 months ahead. STEP 4 Orders are deliveried by the selected methods. We offer Perth metro area delivery. Corporate and event order will be delivered by us if required. All shipping orders sent via Sendle from Perth, and will be delivered in just 1-14 business days depending on location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, of course. You will receive a tracking number via email once your shipping label has been printed by us. You will be able to tracking it via Post, please allow some time for your tracking details to go live. Corporate and event order deliver by us, no tracking code will be provided.
How much is delivery?
Free shipping and delivery when over $200. Pick up at our office is free. Please arrange pick time before come. Delivery is charged depends on distance and for WA metro area only. Free less than 5km $10 between 5km-25km $15 greater than 25km All Australia shipping fee will be at a flat rate of $12. Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to ensure it is shipped to arrive on your required date.
Can I deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, NO for PO boxes.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email as soon as possible. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of The Grateful Gift Co.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is made, please email us immediately to discuss your changes (note or delivery address or date). We can’t guarantee we’ll get your message in time. But if we do, we will certainly do our best to make the appropriate changes for you.
What happens if the box isn’t arrived?
We are sorry to hear about this. We will check the package whether delay by courier, nature force or other unforeseen circumstances. If we put a wrong address on delivery, we are apologised by our mistake, and will resend or refund it to you in full without $15 administration fee. If the delivery address supplied by customer is incorrect or insufficient details provided, it might go to surprise someone else. We could not take any responsibility for the loss.
